A Rochelle man has been arrested on Predatory Criminal Sexual Assault charges. The Rochelle Police Department reports that 41 year old Florencio Nazario was arrested for Predatory Criminal Sexual Assault of a Child, a Class X Felony, and Indecent Solicitation of a Child.
The Department received a complaint of a child being assaulted by a male adult on July 28th. Investigators then made the arrest on Thursday. Nazario was taken to the Ogle County Jail. He appeared in Ogle County Court Friday where probable cuase was found and bond set at $100,000. Nazario's next court appearance is August 22nd.
