The DeKalb County Sheriff's Office arrested a Cortland woman at Kishwaukee College in Malta Thursday around noon. It all started with an incident of road rage on route 38, and the confrontation ended at a classroom at the college. Officers say 44 year old Rachel Thompson of Cortland discharged a stun gun while pointing it at the victim. Thompson was arrested for aggravated assault and unlawful use of a weapon.
