Governor Pat Quinn is giving his approval to four new laws aimed at improving road safety in Illinois. Governor Quinn signed the bills into law Friday. The new laws include Julie's law, which was named in honor of a Chicago-area crash victim. Governor Quinn says the new laws will, quote, "protect children and families and prevent dangerous trends such as speeding and distracted driving."
