Union Pacific is facing a lawsuit after a northern Illinois couple was killed in an Independence Day bridge collapse. Attorney Michael LaMonica says the family of Burton and Zorine Lindner wants an independent investigation into the collapse. He claims Union Pacific has tried manipulate the debris of the bridge. A Cook County judge backs LaMonica's claims and has ordered the railroad to stop cleaning up the wreckage and running trains in the area.
