It was announced today in a published report that Oregon High School is receiving a grant of over $17,000 awarded to them by the Lowe's Charitable and Educational Foundation to install an air conditioning system in the schol library. The grant will make it possible for school officials to keep the library open in the summer for students and the community. In 2011 the Lowe's foundation contributed more than $32 million to support communiity and educational projects in the US, Canada and Mexico.
