Coaches and university employees in Illinois are now required to report cases of abuse. Governor Quinn signed the law this yesterday, aiming to prevent the same type of sex-abuse scandal that rocked Penn State University. That's where legendary football coach Jerry Sandusky was accused of having inappropriate sexual encounters with children. The bill passed unanimously in both the House and Senate earlier this year.
