No one suffered any serious injuries yesterday afternoon after a car struck a house in Rochelle.
The accident took place a short time before 1 at 1215 Avenue "B" near South 12th Street.
When police arrived on the scene, only 1 of the 2 people in the car were at the location. There was no residents inside the home when the accident took place.
A local teen had ran away from the scene prior to police arriving. A short time later, the 17-year old from Rochelle was arrested and charged with failure to give information about an accident and also render aid to an injured person.
The other teen at the scene was treated at Rochelle Community Hospital for an injured arm from the crash.
