Rochelle Police have made 2 arrests in connection with a car fire yesterday morning in the Hub City.
Authorities received word of the incident a short time after 1:15 at 1019 Avenue "E".
Someone had started the inside portion of the car on fire.
The officer was able to put out the flames with an extinguisher.
The names of the 2 people arrested have not been released at this time. The incident may be gang related.
