A Dixon man is arrested and charged with child pornography. Ronald Osborn was busted in a sting conducted by the Attorney General's Office. Operation Glass House targets the most active traffickers in Illinois who download and trade child porn online. Last year the sting revealed a trend of offenders trading extremely violent videos of children being raped. Now, the AG's office is even targeting those who watch the videos. Investigators track the pornographers by monitoring their IP addresses. They've seen more than 32-hundred Illinoisans trading child porn images in the past four months. Osborn is the 31st person taken into custody as a result of Operation Glass House. He's facing up to 42 years in prison.
