A Franklin Grove man escaped serious injuries on Friday following an alcohol related roll over crash in rural Oregon.
Reports indicate that 45-year old Jason Parks lost control of the vehicle he was driving in the 4,000 block of South Daysville Road.
Ogle County Sheriff's Police found Parks a short distance away from the crash as he was taken into custody.
A short time later, he was transported by ambulance to KSB Hospital in Dixon with non-life threatening injuries.
Parks was arrested on the charge of DUI, leaving the scene of an accident, and failure to reduce speed to avoid a crash.
He will appear in court on the charges at a later date.
