Illinois' synthetic pot death toll is up to three. The state's Department of Public Health yesterday reported a third person has died after smoking the drug that has tested positive for rat poison.
The IDPH says the total number of people who've been treated for severe bleeding from the eyes, ears and lungs after using the drug is up to 107. Most of the cases continue to be in and around Peoria and the Chicago suburbs.
