DeKalb County Sheriff's Police arrested 2 men yesterday evening following a drug bust at a business in Malta.
The investigation took place at the Marathon Gas Station along Route 38.
38-year old Tyrone Phillips of Chicago Heights and 24-year old Patrick Eby, a transient, were arrested on the charge of unlawful possession of cocaine and possession of the drug with the intent to deliver.
Phillips was also charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
Both men were transported to the DeKalb County jail in Sycamore following the arrest with no bond set on the felony offense.
