2 men saved the life of their neighbor yesterday morning following a house fire in New Milford.
The blaze took place at 2570 Sioux Court as the 2 men found the lady passed out inside her home.
The woman was carried outside and received treatment for her injuries at a Rockford hospital.
The cause of the fire at the 2-story home remains under investigation. It appears that it started inside the back area of the residence.
Cause damage is estimated to be over $200,000.
Several area fire departments responded to the scene which include the Hillcrest, Stillman Valley, and Lynn-Scott-Rock firemen.
