The top Republican in the Illinois House wants to create a hotline for sexual harassment reports. House Minority Leader Jim Durkin yesterday said that he wants a hotline to provide information, support, and a safe outlet for anyone who's been the victim of harassment.
The hotline would not be limited to just people who work in or around the Illinois Capitol.
