Lottery players in Illinois will now be able to buy Mega Millions and Powerball tickets once again. The drawings were suspended in the state when lawmakers didn't reach a budget deal in Springfield last week. A House override of Governor Rauner's veto yesterday meant Illinois finally had a spending plan after going more than two years without one. Not only will these multi state games return, winners with prizes of 25 thousand dollars or more won't face any payment delays.
