Police in Chicago don't have an answer for a violent end to the long Fourth of July weekend, and police are expressing frustration. Between Friday and yesterday morning, over 100 people were shot including 15 who were killed. Police spokesman Anthony Guglielmi says that the department will be conducting a comprehensive review of the situation. He said the amount of gun violence is "perplexing" because successful tactics deployed over Memorial Day weekend didn't seem to work over the July 4th holiday.
