Governor Rauner will address state residents tonight

Governor Bruce Rauner wants to speak to the people of the state, before lawmakers return to Springfield.

The governor's office last night announced a live address from the Old State Capitol tonight. The governor is expected to focus on the need for a state budget before the end of the month and "unity."
