The Rochelle Township High School board approved the staff last night for the next fiscal year that involved teachers with 1 to 4 years in the classroom for the district.
Superintendent Jamie Craven said that there were no reduction of teachers for next fall. He stressed that enrollment in the district determines the number of teachers each year.
The district plans to receive bids to repair the bus garage parking lots. The board also approved the purchase of fertilizer equipment at a cost of $10,000. The expense of the fertilizer will be$4,500.
Craven said that last week's Mr. Hub event raised around $2,000 for local charities.
The board met for a little over an hour in executive session. No action was taken.
