Ogle County Sheriff's Police have arrested an Ashton man following a sexual abuse incident that involved a female minor.
38-year old Joseph Piller was charged with the Class 2 felony offense of aggravated criminal sexual abuse.
Police say that Piller allegedly had sexual contact with the girl in November of 2016.
Piller has been released from jail after he posted 10 percent of a $10,000 bond. He will appear in court on the felony offense at a later date.
