Governor Bruce Rauner likes the Exelon legislation that saves two nuclear power plants in the state so much, he's going to sign the law twice.
The governor will start the day in the Quad Cities. He's expected to sign the law that trades job security at the Cordova plant for green energy credits and rate hikes at 9:30 this morning in Port Byron.
He'll sign it again in Clinton this afternoon.
