Governor Bruce Rauner is going to sign a new law saving two nuclear power plants in the state in front of the friendliest audience he can find. The governor will sign the new Exelon law in both Clinton and the Quad Cities tomorrow.
The new law saves the town's plants, but also guarantees electric rate hikes for most people in the state and gives Exelon green energy credits for nuclear power.
