The Rochelle Township High School board met for about 25 minutes last night with only a few items on the agenda.
The tax levy for the district was talked about as the final numbers will be approved during the December board meeting. Superintendent Jamie Craven said that the increase would be at 3.59 percent.
He also said that the tax rate for the district will drop a penny to $2.55.
A merchandise agreement was approved with Walmart. RTHS will receive an 8% royalty each year on all merchandise bearing the school name or nickname that is sold at the stores.
The next RTHS board meeting is scheduled for December 19th.
