A Putnam County man is charged with concealing the death of his sister-in-law after she was found buried in a yard. Clifford Andersen is being held in jail on 750-thousand-dollars bond. He was arrested Tuesday night after Deborah Dewey's body was dug up just blocks away from Andersen's home in Standard.
Dewey had been missing since she was last seen August 22nd in Spring Valley.
