A Rochelle man was arrested early yesterday morning following an alleged sexual buse incident in the Hub City.
26-year old Jesse Wendel was charged with the felony offense of aggravated criminal sexual abuse.
Wendel and the female victim were both located by police near the intersection of Illinois 251 and Route 38. The woman did receive treatment and then released at Rochelle Community Hospital.
Police were called by an individual not involved in the investgation about the alleged altercation.
Wendel remains in the Ogle County jail with no bond set on the felony offense. He will appear before a judge later today in Oregon.
