Park officials in Rochelle will meet in monthly session this evening with several items on the agenda. The gathering begins at 6:30 in the Council Chambers at City Hall.
The discussion will include an intergovernmental agreement with the city involving the Fairways Golf Course, spending $5,000 for new bridges at Skare Park, and updating the smoke-free parks ordinance.
Park officials will also meet in executive session as the discussion will include the union contract involving the 4 employees and pay raises for non-union staff members.
Tonight's meeting at City Hall is open to the public.
