Two Wisconsin high school students are recovering after they were shot while leaving their prom Saturday night. The gunman has been identified as 18-year-old Jakob Wagner, who was shot and killed by police who were on patrol at the Antigo High School prom.
Police have not revealed how he was connected to the girl and boy who were shot. Wagner graduated from the school last year. A former classmate of Wagner's says he was frequently bullied in school. Emily Fisher said that the bullying started in middle school and continued through their graduation.
