An Ogle County judge set bond at $50,000 for a Rochelle man yesterday following a burglary to a home last Monday night.
26-year old Zachary Farve has been charged with the Class 1 felony offense of residential burglary as the break-in took place at a residence in rural Rochelle.
The majority of the property stolen has
been recovered by sheriff's police. Additional arrests are pending in the case.
Farve returns to court on February 10th for a hearing in Oregon. He remains in jail in lieu of the $50,000 bond.
