A rural Rochelle man was back in Ogle County court yesterday for an araignment after he allegedly violated his probation in connection with the felony offense of aggravated battery.
52-year old Lyndon Farm remains in jail in lieu of a $100,000 bond after a search warrant was executed at his home in the 15,000 block of East Route 64 on December 30th.
Farm was arrested in 2011 for the felony offense of aggravated criminal sexual abuse. He pled guilty last year to aggravated battery involving the incident.
Ogle County State's Attorney Eric Morrow said that sheriff's police found alleged sexually explicit material at the home which is contrary to Farm's sentencing order.
In court yesterday, a public defender was appointed for Farm. He returns to court on Monday in Oregon for a pre-trial conference.
