The Stephenson County Coroner says a Rockford teen whose charred body was found last fall died of a drug overdose. Toxicology reports show Andreayah McBain had morphine, Xanaz and an antidepressant in her system.
The 15-year-old's remains were discovered last October outside a mobile home near Pecatonica. A teenage girl arrested in connection with her death is awaiting trial.
