Bond remains at $100,000 for rural Rochelle man in aggravated battery case

Bond remains at $100,000 for a rural Rochelle man after he was arrested last week for violating his probation in connection with the felony offense of aggravated battery.

52-year old Lyndon Farm remains in jail after a search warrant was executed at his home in the 15,000 block of East Route 64 last Wednesday.

Farm was arrested in 2011 for the felony offense of aggravated criminal sexual abuse. He pled guilty last year to aggravated battery involving the incident.

Ogle County State's Attorney Eric Morrow said that sheriff's police found alleged sexually explicit material at the home which is contrary to Farm's sentencing order.

He returns to court on Wednesday for a status hearing in the case.
