Ogle County Sheriff's Police arrested a rural Rochelle man Thursday after he violated his probation in connection with the felony offense of aggravated battery.
Authorities executed a search warrant on Wednesday at the residence of 52-year old Lyndon Farm in the 15,000 block of East Route 64.
Farm was arrested in 2011 for the felony offense of aggravated criminal sexual abuse. He pled guilty last year to aggravated battery involving the incident.
During the search warrant, items were found at the residence which violated the conditions of Farm's probation. He was taken into custody yesterday on a petition to revoke his probation with bond set at $100,000.
Farm remains in the Ogle County jail in lieu of bond. He returns to court on Monday for a hearing in Oregon.
