A Rockford woman was arrested last night on drug charges after the items were found in her possession at the Ogle County Jail.
20-year old Brandi King was arrested on the felony offense of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, prescription drugs, and possession of cannabis, less than 2.5 grams.
King was originally taken to the Ogle County jail following a traffic stop at Meridian Road and Route 72.
She received tickets for speeding and failure to dim her headlights.
King remains in jail with no bond set on the felony offense. She will appear before a judge in Oregon later today.
