A Mt. Morris man was back in Ogle County court Friday for an araignment after being arrested for the sale of cocaine.
25-year old Ryan Rosenbalm was charged with 4 counts of the felony offense of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance. A co-defendant in the case is 30-year old Timothy Dial of Mt. Morris.
Authorities say that both men were allegely involved in the sale and delivery of cocaine in the Oregon and Mt. Morris areas. The transactions involving Rosenbalm took place on February 26th and March 12th of this year.
The 4 counts of Class "X" felony are punishable by 6 to 30 years in prison.
Rosenbalm returns to court on January 22nd for a status hearing in the case. He is out of jail following the posting of 10 percent of a $100,000 bond.
