The sale of property, approval of the tax levy ordinance, and insurance for the village tops the agenda tonight for Creston officials.
The board meeting begins at 7 at the Village Hall building.
Creston officials are looking at selling 9,670 square feet of property along Depot Street involving Hueber LLC. The land is appraised at $11,000 for industrial use and $9,000 if zoned for residential in the future.
The tax levy figure will be just under a 5 percent increase from a year ago.
Committee reports are also on the agenda tonight.
The subdivision committee in Creston will also gather this evening at 6 prior to the monthly board meeting at 7.
