Local police arrested a Rochelle woman last night after she allegedly stabbed her boyfriend in the arm.
36-year old Candice Hendrickson has been arrested on the felony offense of aggravated domestic battery.
The altercation took place a short time after 10:30 in the 400 block of Lincoln Highway. Police say that Hendrickson stabbed her boyfriend in the arm with a steak knife. The victim refused medical treatment at the scene.
Hendrickson was also wanted on a Department of Corrections warrant for violation of her probation.
She was transported to the Ogle County Jail following the arrest.
