Chicago police say they've hit a roadblock in their investigation of how the remains of a Rockford two-year-old ended up in the Garfield Park lagoon. Police say the couple who last took care of Kyrian Knox are refusing to answer their questions.
Police say Kamel Harris and Danyelle Foggs are considered witnesses, not suspects in the case. Kyrian's mother, Lanisha Knox, left him with the couple in August while she pursued a new job. The child wasn't reported missing until September, after what turned out to be his dismembered remains had been found in the lagoon.
