Lee County State's Attorney Anna Sacco-Miller says she's sorry. Sacco-Miller is apologizing for a weekend DUI arrest. The State Police says she was drunk when she hit a parked car. Sacco-Miller says she expects to be treated like any other DUI suspect and is willing to face the consequences for her actions.
She said that business will continue to run as usual in the Lee County State's Attorney's office and that she plans to have a news conference on Wednesday to talk further about the DUI arrest.
Sacco-Miller will make her first court appearance on December 16th in Lee County. This is her first DUI arrest.
