Ogle County Sheriff's Police arrested a Rockford man this morning following a vehicle chase on I-39. No one suffered any injuries.
24-year old Javon Nolan was arrested on the felony offense of aggravated fleeing to elude police along with aggravated driving while under the influence of drugs and driving on a suspended license.
Illinois State Police assisted sheriff's police in the arrest this morning.
Nolan remains in the Ogle County jail with no bond set. He is scheduled to appear before a judge in Oregon sometime this weekend.
