Ogle County Sheriff's Police have made a 3rd arrest in connection with an armed robbery that took place the night of October 12th at Junction Liquors in Davis Junction.
A 16-year old boy from Rockford has been charged with the Class "X" felony offense of armed robbery.
Also arrested from the hold-up was 19-year old Saul Lara and 24-year old Pedro Mora-Mejia, also from Rockford.
Authorities say that 2 Halloween masked subjects armed with handguns stole money and property from the liquor store along with an employee and patron at the business.
No one suffered any injuries.
The teen is scheduled to appear before an Ogle County judge today for a detention hearing.
Lara and Mora-Majia were back in court yesterday for arraignments. They were given preliminary hearing dates of October 28th. At that time, Lara and Mora-Mejia will plead guilty or innocent to the felony offense of armed robbery.
Both men remain in jail in lieu of a $750,000 bond.
Ogle County officials do not expect any additional arrests in the case.
