Ogle County Sheriff's Police have arrested 2 Rockford men in connection with an armed robbery that took place last Monday night at Junction Liquors in Davis Junction.
19-year old Saul Lara and 24-year old Pedro Mora-Mejia have been charged with the Class "X" felony offense of armed robbery.
Reports indicate that 2 Halloween masked subjects armed with handguns stole money and property from the business along with an employee and patron at the store.
No one suffered any injuries.
Bond has been set at $750,000 for both Lara and Mora-Majia. They remain in jail with a court appearance scheduled for Monday in Oregon.
The investigation involving the armed robbery continues as further arrests are pending.
