2 Mt. Morris men have been arrested following an investigation that lasted several months dealing with cocaine being sold in Ogle County.
Charged with 4 counts of the felony offense of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance were 30-year old Timothy Dial and 25-year old Ryan Rosenbalm.
Authorities say that Dial and Rosenbalm were allegedly involved in the sale and delivery of cocaine in the Oregon and Mt. Morris area for the past several months.
All 4 counts of the Class "X" felony offense are punishable by 6 to 30 years in prison.
Ogle County Sheriff's Police were assisted in the investigation by Oregon police along with the Stateline Area Narcotics Task Force. This involves police officers from Rochelle, Loves Park, Freeport, Monroe, Wisconsin, and the Green County Sheriff's Department in Wisconsin.
Bond was set at $100,000 for both Dial and Rosenbalm. Dial has posted 10 percent of that figure and was released while Rosenbalm remains in the Ogle County jail. Both men are scheduled to appear in court today in Oregon for a hearing.
