A Davis Junction man has pled not guilty to a burglary that took place at a bank earlier this summer.
22-year old Jonathan Early has been arrested for the felony offense.
The incident occurred on August 28th during normal business hours
at the Byron Bank in Davis Junction. $10 was taken from the financial institution.
Early was indicted by an Ogle County grand jury for the felony offense. He also demanded a jury trial in the case.
Early returns to court on Monday for an Ogle County jury status call. He remains in jail in lieu of a $50,000 bond.
