Ogle County Sheriff's Police are waiting for results from the Illinois State Police before any tickets may be handed out following a car vs pick-up truck crash on September 4th that killed a Stillman Valley High School Student and an Amboy man.
Suffering fatal injuries in the collision were 17-year old Emily Fleming and 64-year old Andy Conderman.
2 other high school girls suffered non-life threatening injuries from the accident.
The crash took place at the intersection of Illinois 251 and Big Mound Road. It appears right now that the car the girls were traveling in did not stop at the intersection.
Fleming was a passenger in the car which was driven by Alison Seiler.
Ogle County Sheriff Brian VanVickle said that they are waiting for the reconstruction report from the Illinois State Police involving the investigation. They also plan to talk with all of the families involved in the accident before any possible tickets are issued.
