Work at the Rochelle Fire Department building, a switchgear project at the Caron Road Substation, and motor fuel tax money for the pedestrian signals and new sidewalks at Route 38 and Lincoln Highway tops the agenda tonight for city officials in Rochelle.
The council meeting begins at 7.
Roof work at the fire department will cost $114,650 while the price tag for the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning unit will be $35,290.
The switchgear project is for buses 5 and 6 at the Caron Road Substation. The materials will cost $71,300 while the installation will have a figure of $44,845.
City officials also plan to approve an agreement with Mighty Vine for a specially ordered transformer involving their greenhouse. They will reimburse RMU over a 4 year period as the figure totals $266,340.
