Ogle County Sheriff's Police have arrested 2 area teens following a burglary to a garage in rural Byron on Monday.
19-year old Jack Flegger along with a 16-year old boy, both from Byron, have been arrested on the felony offense of burglary.
The arrest came about after sheriff's police responded to a couple of suspicious male subjects near a Byron home on Monday. They ran from police a short time later.
Items taken from the garage have been recovered by police.
Flegger is out of jail after posting 10 percent of a 15 hundred dollar bond. He was given a court date for this Friday involving an arraignment.
The 16-year old will appear in juvenile court at a later date.
