The new fiscal year budget, personnel, along with the Flagg-Township Museum contract tops the discussion this evening for park officials in Rochelle.
The board will first gather at 5:45 in executive session to talk about personnel. This portion of the meeting is closed to the public at City Hall.
Park officials will then meet at 6:15 for a public hearing dealing with the new fiscal year budget and appropriation.
They will then meet in monthly session at 6:30. The agenda include the museum contract along with amending the federal agreement dealing with the bike path extension project.
Tonight's meeting at City Hall is open to the public other than the closed session at 5:45.
