Ogle County Arrests

A German Valley man was arrested following a traffic stop Tuesday night at 7:17 at the intersection of North River Drive and Route 2.   After investigation Ogle County Deputies placed 32 year old Shaun Eilders of German Valley under arrest for Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Eilders was also issued citations for Operation of a Vehicle with an Expired Registration Sticker and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle. Eilders was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond.


The Ogle County Sheriffs Department arrested three people on outstanding Ogle County Warrants on Tuesday.  
37 year old Jeremy Cook of Darien, Wisconsin for Driving Under the Influence, Contempt of Court, and he was also charged with Driving While License Suspended  Cook will appear in court today.
22 year old Kasandra Dominguez of Rockford for Failure to Appear. Dominguez posted the Full Cash Bond.
And 19 year old Xanier Palmer of Rockford for Possession of Drug Equipment. Palmer will appear in court at a later date.
 Ogle County Sheriff’s Deputies conducted a traffic stop Tuesday afternoon in the 5,000 block of North Limestone Road.  After a brief investigation, 37 year old Jeremy Cook of Monroe Center, was arrested for Driving While License Revoked and two outstanding Ogle County warrants.  Cook was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond.


Ogle County Sheriff’s Department responded to a one vehicle accident just before 6 Tuesday morning near the intersection of Rural Road and Valley Drive in Stillman Valley.  42 year old Kerry Hughes of Cherry Valley, was traveling east on Rural Road in his  GMC pickup.  Hughes drove off the right side of the roadway and entered the ditch.  Hughes’ vehicle then over turned onto the passenger side.  Their were no injuries reported and fatigue was determined to be the primary cause of the accident.
