The U.S. Department of Agriculture says chicken products from Aspen Foods, based in Chicago, are being recalled because of salmonella contamination. Nearly two-million-pounds of raw, frozen chicken products are being pulled from the shelves after three people in Minnesota report becoming infected with salmonella.
The products are shipped nationwide under a variety of labels and those affected by the recall carry the establishment number "P-1358" in the USDA inspection mark.
