Twelve people in Chicago are charged in the biggest Medicare fraud takedown in history. Prosecutors say there's charges against more than 240 individuals nationwide, including 46 doctors as a result of a federal task force operation.
They estimate the schemes amount to 712-million dollars in false billings. Three of the cases and nine of the defendants in northern Illinois involve home health services.
