A 19-year old Oregon teen has passed away following a single vehicle crash that took place June 7th in Ogle County.
Michael Stevens suffered fatal injuries in an accident that occurred in the 3,000 block of South Watertown Road in rural Oregon.
Reports indicate that Stevens' pick-up truck was traveling northbound when he failed to negotiate a curve. The truck traveled off the pavement into a ditch and then struck several trees and a creek embankment.
The truck came to a stop in a corn field along South Watertown Road.
Stevens had been hospitalized since the crash.
